2010 Showcase

The 2010 Park City Area Showcase of Homes featured 10 homes throughout Park City and Heber Valley and featured an energy efficient dream – Utah’s first Platinum level LEED certified residence.   The homes were built and decorated to the highest standards with the finest attention to detail.  Several of the homes were decorated with artwork from local artists.

A majority of the homes are located in exclusive areas such as Victory Ranch, Red Ledges, and Promontory. Entry into these exclusive areas is not normally permitted to the general public.  But during the Showcase of Homes ticket holders  enjoyed a peek into these magnificent developments.

Builders in the 2010 Showcase included: Jar-Con Inc., Bo Pitkin Builders, Douglas Knight Construction, Tall Pines Construction, Jaffa Group Design/Build, Park City Construction Inc., Park City Resort Builders, Ivory Homes and ProMark Development, LLC.
